The BTS Group, LLC Announces Support Agreement Established With Oracle

SEATTLE, Wash. - November 21, 2011 - BTS is proud to announce the establishment of a support services agreement between BTS and Oracle America, Inc. for continued support through 2012 for an acquisition made by its Communications Global Business Unit (CGBU). BTS will provide support for the migration to Oracle's Bellevue WA facilities, and their continued servicing of the server and applications infrastructure used by the CGBU division which has offices in India, Poland and the United States. The BTS Group's knowledge of the acquired compani's infrastructure has been a key factor in the successful transitioning to Oracle's enviroment and the impetus for BTS becoming an authorized Oracle supplier.
