SEATTLE, Wash. - September 1, 2009 - BTS is proud to announce the signing of a IT support agreement between BTS and Papugai, Inc., a provider of e-commerce products, solutions and services. Papugai has outsourced their IT infrastructure support to BTS to include systems they have in house as well as those in co-location facilities.
