Who is eligible for the referral program?

You, any of your employees, your friends and family are eligible for the program.

Who qualifies as a referral?

Upon receipt of the referral, BTS will verify the following:

• The referral is not a current active client (they have not done business with BTS in more than 24 months).
• No other referral has been received for the same customer/contact within the last 3 months.

You will be notified if your referral is eligible or not based on these criteria.

What is My Award?

You will receive 5% of the gross service revenue garnered from your referral for twelve months, paid on a monthly basis. This can be awarded to an individual as a commission check or as a deduction from your organization’s next bill.

How Do I Receive an Award?

There are three steps to receiving an award through the Referral Program:

• The referral is submitted.
• The eligibility of the referral is validated.
• BTS is engaged by the referral to provide consulting or managed services and begins to receive payments for said services.
