Our History

Managing Partner, Phil Porreca founded The BTS Group to help small and medium-sized businesses benefit from the experience he gained while working for both larger Fortune 1000 organizations and technology startups. Understanding the key similarities and differences between businesses, and applying the lessons learned in a wide array of situations, is the cornerstone of BTS’ approach and success.
