Book Consultations Online
If you missed the previous post, you can now book a consulting appointment with one of the BTS partners online. This feature was implemented by utilizing Microsoft Bookings, a new application that is part of Office 365 suite of products.
Client Support Portal
Coming in just the next few weeks we will begin rolling out a new portal that will allow our clients to open support cases, review case histories, browse knowledge base articles, and participate in user forums.
